Privacy policy

Who we are

This website is run by EisphorIA SRL (“EisphorIA”, “we”), a limited liability company under Belgian law, with its registered office at Rue du Château de Tongrenelle 32, 5060 Sombreffe, Belgium, company number 0719.530.558 (Register of Legal Entities, Liège, Namur division). We are responsible, as controller, for the personal data described in this policy.

What this policy covers

Your visits to eisphoria.com, and the messages you send us through it or through LinkedIn. We sell nothing on this website and run no advertising on it.

What we collect, and why

• When you visit the website. To deliver the pages and protect the site against attacks, our hosting provider handles technical data: your IP address, your browser and the pages you request. Our visit statistics count visits and pages viewed without placing a cookie and without identifying you. Purpose: to run the website safely and see how it is used (our legitimate interest).
• When you write to us, through the contact form or by e-mail. We receive your name, your e-mail address, your phone number if you give it, and your message. We use them only to answer you and follow up on your request (our legitimate interest in answering you, or steps you ask for before a contract).
• When you contact us on LinkedIn, for instance to ask for a full report. We use your name and profile only to answer you and send you what you asked for. What you do on LinkedIn is governed by LinkedIn’s own privacy policy.

We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we take no automated decision about you.

How long we keep it

Your messages and contact details: as long as we need them to deal with your request, and no longer than 18 months after our last exchange, unless the exchange leads to a contract, in which case the retention periods of that contract and of accounting law apply. Technical data handled by our hosting provider: according to its own retention rules, for security.

Who receives it

Only the people at EisphorIA who need it, and the providers who run our tools for us:

• Tilda (Tilda Platform Cloud Services Co. LLC, Dubai, United Arab Emirates), which hosts the website and receives the contact form;
• Google, which provides our e-mail (Google Workspace) and the fonts of the website: to display them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which see your IP address;
• LinkedIn, when you choose to contact us there.

We may also have to disclose data to our advisers, or to public authorities when the law requires it.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some of these providers are based, or may access data, outside the European Economic Area (Tilda in the United Arab Emirates, Google in the United States). These transfers rely on the safeguards of the General Data Protection Regulation: an adequacy decision where there is one, otherwise standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to dpo@eisphoria.com; we answer within one month. If we are unsure who is asking, we may ask you to confirm your identity.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: www.dataprotectionauthority.be.
